These website-use terms apply now. Placing an order once checkout opens also means accepting the product details, price, shipping method, and sales policies shown before payment.

Catalog, prices, and orders

Preview items are not offers for sale. A live order is accepted only after payment authorization and order confirmation. We may correct an obvious error or cancel and refund an order because of unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, a pricing error, or an address we cannot serve.

Natural materials and imagery

Crystals naturally vary in color, pattern, inclusion, shape, texture, and size. Each listing will say whether photographs show the exact piece or a representative item. Screen color and scale can also differ from physical appearance.

Lore, readings, and wellbeing

Crystal meanings, rituals, horoscopes, tarot, and oracle content are offered as tradition, opinion, reflection, and entertainment. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, predict, guarantee safety, or replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency help.

Ownership and acceptable use

Site text, branding, layout, original imagery, and original media are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Do not copy, scrape, resell, disrupt, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or another person’s information.

Third-party services

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other linked services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not make Veil and Sage Crystals responsible for an independent service’s content, availability, or conduct.

Availability and limits

The site is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veil and Sage Crystals is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use. Nothing here excludes liability or a remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
