Shipping policy

Checkout shows the shipping methods actually available for the destination before payment. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Rates

Standard shipping is $8 for eligible orders below $70. Standard shipping is free for eligible order subtotals of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15 when offered.

Processing and delivery estimates

In-stock items ship within 5 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Standard delivery is expected in 3–7 business days after carrier acceptance; express is expected in 1–3. Those delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking and address checks

A tracking email is sent when the order leaves our care. Customers are responsible for entering a complete deliverable address. Contact us immediately if the confirmation is wrong; an address cannot always be changed after fulfillment begins.

Delays and returned parcels

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will offer a revised date and the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund. If tracking stalls or a parcel returns to sender, email us so we can investigate. Additional postage may apply when a parcel returns because the supplied address was incomplete or delivery was refused.

Destinations and fulfillment partners

Launch shipping is limited to supported United States destinations. A supporting item fulfilled by a tested third-party partner will be clearly identified on its product page, may ship separately, and will show its own processing window before purchase.
